Shipping policy

Package Inspection is required upon delivery

All orders must be opened and inspected for accuracy upon receipt. If any items are missing or incorrect from your order, please report them within 24 hours so we can correct the mistake promptly. TMyers.com will cover the cost of shipping for any mistakes made by our team (including next-day air delivery if applicable). 

Keep in mind that shipping carriers do not pick up on Weekends or holidays.

 In the occurrence that UPS or USPS makes a mistake and delivers a damaged, late, or loses your package, You must file a claim with the shipping carrier selected to recoup the product and shipping cost.  We have no control over the package once it is picked up by the selected carrier.

If an order is NOT inspected and reported within 24 hours upon delivery, TMyers.com will not be liable for next-day air or any rush service fees paid.

If problems are reported after 24 hours but no later than 72 hours from the reported delivery date, TMyers.com will only cover costs for standard ground shipping.

 TMyers.com will not be liable for shipping fees for any issues not reported within 72 hours after delivery.

 

Our checkout page automatically calculates available options for shipping your package based on shipping carrier preference, how much it weighs, and how far it’s going (the zone). The estimated time is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays due to UPS or USPS. We are not affiliated!

1 Business Day

UPS Next Day Air® Early gives you guaranteed early morning delivery for time-critical shipments.

  • Recommended for shipments that must arrive at the start of the next business day
  • Guaranteed delivery by 8 a.m. to major cities and by 8:30 a.m., 9 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. to most cities, with Saturday delivery to some locations as early as 9 a.m.
  • Available to major cities in the 48 contiguous states, plus select cities in Alaska and Hawaii

UPS Next Day Air® offers guaranteed overnight service for time-sensitive shipments.

  • Ideal for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day

  • Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m., or the end of the day, depending on the destination, with delivery by 12 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays

  • Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii

UPS Next Day Air Saver® provides guaranteed next-day service with afternoon delivery.

  • The most affordable service for next-day shipments
  • Guaranteed delivery by 3 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to most commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12 p.m., respectively

  • Available in the 48 contiguous states and limited addresses in Alaska and Hawaii

UPS 2nd Day Air® provides guaranteed service for second business day shipments but is also not available for residential delivery.

Guaranteed Services

USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day Air are the only services with guaranteed ETA.

All other options are an estimated delivery time and are not subject to a refund if they arrive after the estimated shipping date shown at checkout. 

Orders are only processed Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Central Standard Time. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday and posted Holidays. Unexpected inclement weather, power outages, or technological issues could cause us to close unexpectedly which may create a delay in your order being processed.

All UPS and USPS shipping times are estimated, please keep that in mind when making an order. We ask that you give us 1-2 business days to process all paid shipping orders and 3-5 business days (this does not include estimated shipping time) to process free shipping orders.

Business days refer to Monday-Friday, this excludes Saturday and Sunday. 

UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday in most areas, please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping date and service. 

Shipment Delays

Once the package leaves our facility we have no control over lost or stolen packages. If a package is delayed due to the carrier and not our company, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier for a refund of the shipping fees.

If the package arrives after your event due to the delay and you selected a guaranteed service, please refuse the package and request to have it "Returned to sender". Once we receive the order a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Shipping Cut-Off Times

Paid Shipping: Orders typically go out within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday (during business hours- 9:30 AM-3:00 PM CST). All orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (CST), Monday-Friday, to qualify for same-day shipping. Processing and shipping times may vary due to the volume of business or unexpected closures or outages. Please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST), Monday-Thursday, will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday. No next-day services are available on Fridays or days before holidays. Orders including USPS, UPS Ground, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday as we are closed on the weekends unless we are closed for a Holiday. All Holiday closures will be posted on our website prior to the closure.


Free Shipping for USA online orders over $165

Free shipping Ships via lowest cost and takes 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-3:00 PM) for processing. The 3-5 business day processing time does not include the estimated shipping time. Free Shipping orders take longer to process, we suggest that you pay for shipping if you are on a deadline. Free Shipping orders may go out faster than the 3-5 business days when our volume of business is low, but please always assume it will take 3-5 business days plus the estimated shipping time. If you place a Free Shipping order and decide you need the order faster you can call us before 3:00pm CST and request to upgrade your shipping, we will then charge you for shipping and the order will go out that day.

 Free shipping rates only apply to USA destinations and include its territories, possessions, APO, FPO, MPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Free shipping is only available for orders placed online by the customer and can not be combined with any other promo or coupon. Orders placed over the phone will not qualify for free shipping.
