1. Is there a minimum?

We understand that sometimes you only need a few items so, we don't require a minimum order. Just keep in mind, that shipping is automatically calculated based on size, weight and destination.  We highly recommend ordering everything you need in one order.

2. What if I forgot to add something to my order?

Don't feel bad, it happens more often than you think. 

( If you ordered before 12 pm Central time and shipping same day) The best thing to do is call us at 1(888) 866-6244 before 12 pm same day and we can add to your order. There is an administrative fee of $2.50. For the most part it covers the additional cost for an item or two under  lbs. Keep in mind, that if it's several Items additional shipping charges may be charged. If what you added makes your order reach the free shipping requirement, additional charges will be waved and shipping from first order will be credited to the second order once combined.

(If you ordered after 12 pm Central time)

Same rules as above apply except you have until 12 pm Central time of the following business day to call us or place a second order online. If you decide to place a second order select "Oops I forgot"  tab at the check out. If additional shipping fees are required we will give you a call before combining your order to ship out. If you may have any questions feel free to give us a call. 

3. Do I need an account?

You don't need an account to order, we do offer check out as guest. However,  there are many advantages when you sign up for an "Awesome Client Account". By signing up, you can collect points by doing what you love, Shopping! Some of the advantages of having an account are: you can log in to view all your previous orders, build a wish list, quick list, check out faster, track your orders and check your "Valued Member Rewards" points for FREE items.

4. Do you offer Wholesale accounts?

We do offer a "Wholesale Account" if you meet certain criteria. Wholesale accounts are different than Awesome Client Accounts. Wholesale accounts are selected based on qualification and do NOT qualify for free shipping. 

- Show proof of business License/ Resale tax ID

- Be a physical shop/retail or online store that resales product similar to what  we offer.

- Pricing is negotiated based on volume.

- Initial purchase is $500 with minimum order of $150 there after.

5. How much is shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated based on size of total package, weight,     destination, how fast you want it delivered and your choice of courier.

We also offer free shipping for orders over $165 that have a destination in the U.S.
