This is really a hot rod in the shape of a wand. Both sizes have six shiny colors on one side and a magic wand, black with silver tips on the other.

You can do the hot rod routine with this wand, but I think it is more useful as the magical color source for a magic coloring book. With the coloring book, you don't need to force a color, they are all used. This wand comes with written instructions that include a coloring book routine.
