| Lorna starts with a "Do Ra Me" singing routine that
uses balloon musical note figures as cues for the kids to hold. It's a cute
and easy routine.
She goes on to show her famous Lorna's Rose and a great fishing pole hat that can be a lot of different hats depending on what you attach to the pole. Her Pelican using a heart for the pouch is also on this tape. The transformation of an Octopus to a Spider to a Sunflower is interesting. Lorna goes on to making a couple of kinds of faces in the style of Moss and Stillman. The tape is done with one camera and looks good. There is a fair amount of squeaking but the spoken instructions are clear. Some of the face instructions are hard to follow but if you pay attention, you can get it. The tape ends with 3 guests. Shellyann Blanchard makes a Crab. Sandi Masori makes a Tiffany Lamp Hat. And Don Caldwell makes a funny and technically fancy Road Toad. The quality and editing of the tape are very good. Making the figures is pretty clear and well described. She assumes you know the basics and moves right along. She adds some entertainment to the tape with opening scenes and a bit in the middle. Most of the 7 figures Lorna does could be done for a table. Jeff Lehmer's Alien Hunter Bug is very fancy. Anthony Cooper does a nice 1 Eyed Alien with a light inside. Andrew Magdaleno does an Alien Invasion Hat with blinking lights and a printed globe balloon. Besides 260s, this tape features the printed Alien and the printed Stars Around balloons along with Blossoms, a Bee, 350s, and 160s.
