HANS

#6101 - $3.50 - Quantity:

Ok, Ok, it's just a little plastic doll hand but it comes with this great routine. By getting everyone at the birthday party to encourage your small, shy friend to come out and say, "Hi," each kid sees that they are in a friendly crowd. Hans is even smaller and shyer than they are and everyone likes him. It's going to be OK. This routine lets you lead the group into the friendly, helpful attitude you want from them.

The real value of this item is well over $2,350.80 but for you, well, just get it. You'll be glad.

Rubber Chicken

#6405 - $6.57
Quantity:

Yup, it's the good old, heavy duty, world famous, original, rubber chicken. My guess is it's funny because it's so bizarre. Whatever it is, people laugh when you pull out a rubber chicken. I've seen rubber chickens juggled, used to hold the cigarette in a whip act, shot out of cannons, used as a magic wand, cut and restored and levitated. I'm sure it has many, many more uses.

The inside is hollow so you can stuff it with silks and a mouth coil to do a production. Or you can use its mouth to hold a thumb tip. It's like an extra fist for a thumb tip worker. And the chickens all look alike, they would be great box jumpers for a stage magician. I don't know that I've ever seen chickens dressed up, it could be funny. I'm sure someone has. If you are really serious about comedy, you should own a rubber chicken.

Magic Milk Pitcher & Comedy Funnel

Here's an old classic using the Milk Pitcher and Funnel. I'm not sure where it came from but I saw it as a kid in the 50's and here's how I remember it. The magician poured milk into a kid's ear. The kid's arm was pumped and the milk came out of the kid's elbow.

A volunteer is chosen, he tilts his head to the side and the magician uses the milk pitcher to pour milk in the volunteer's ear. The magician uses a towel in one hand to keep the milk from slopping down the kids neck. The towel actually helps hide the pitcher spout and lets the milk slop a little so the audience can see there's really liquid.

Once about 1/2 the pitcher of milk is poured into the kid's right ear the magician instructs the volunteer to put his left hand on his left ear and stick his right arm straight out to the side, like a pump handle. Another volunteer is chosen to pump the right arm up and down. The magician puts a funnel under the volunteers bent left elbow and as the pumping happens, milk pours out of the funnel and into a cup.

It's fun and easy. The only draw back is using liquid but you can control it with tight containers and you don't really use milk. Use water with a few drops of "oom" milk coloring.

Magic Milk Pitcher

#6404 - $15.90

Quantity:

This is a classic disappearing liquid effect. Pour milk into something, a cup, a newspaper cone, a hat, a pocket, another clown's pants, a volunteer's ear, whatever. Of course you are not really pouring milk, it just looks like it. There's a plastic gimmick in the pitcher that holds milk against the wall. The milk pours into the middle of the pitcher when it is tilted. It looks good and it's open so you can slosh some liquid out to be convincing. The pitcher is clear plastic. It looks like it could be glass. It's a good inexpensive trick and it plays big. Get the milk coloring stuff so you are really using white water, not milk.

The instructions that come with the trick mention a plastic triangle but there is no plastic triangle. It was replaced by a little funnel (not the magic funnel) but they did not correct the instructions. The little funnel is to make it easy to pour liquid between the pitcher wall and the gimmic wall. The magic milk pitcher and the magic funnel are separate items.

#6408 - "oom" Magic Milk - $2.50
Quantity:

Comedy Funnel

#6403 - $4.75

Quantity:

This is a classic appearing liquid effect. The plastic funnel looks like an old metal funnel. It is gimmicked with a double wall to hold liquid. An air hole in the lip of the funnel controls the flow of liquid. It is mainly used to produce liquid from unlikely places, like a kid's elbow.

Wand Derful Magic
from Silly Billy

Feather Duster Magic Wand

#6502 - $20.00 - Quantity:

This Feather Duster Wand is sure to tickle the kids. It's an automatic laugh machine at a birthday party, stage show, or walkaround. You could even use it on kids waiting in line for a balloon. And it keeps being funny as a running gag. This is a well made, quality prop. It comes with instructions, a routine and pointers . It's very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Here's what Silly Billy has to say about it. "An ordinary 9" wand instantly changes into a feather duster. Hand the wand to your assistant. Then say, "Everyone is watching you, so you need to look your best." Retrieve wand, change it instantly to a feather duster, and begin to dust him off. Then tickle him under his arm. Once you start, all the kids want to be "cleaned off." Great for walkaround because its a visual joke that allows you to interact with lots of people. Makes kids laugh automatically (you are tickling them!) and resets instantly."

Silly Wand

#6503 - $10.00 - Quantity:

This is a wand of many gags. The booklet that comes with it is an education in creative uses with simple props. Some of the gags it lists can be used with a 260. The Silly Wand is an accordian folded black plastic 1 inch wide tube with white ends. It can be compressed into a straight 8 1/2 inch wand or stretched out to a wobbly 28 inch wand, or anywhere in between. You can bend it and it holds it's shape or wobble it and it wiggles aroung. And it makes cracking noises when bent or whistling noises when you swing it around.

Here's what Silly Billy says about this Silly Wand.

An 8" wand turns into a twisty, silly wand that is 28" long. Comes with a booklet of 75 gags and bits of business that you can do with the wand. Use it like a trouble wit (a series of comedy visuals with funny names), spell letters and numbers. Silly Billy's favorite bit is to hand it to your child helper. It stretches out and everyone laughs. Do funny stuff with it (from the 75 suggestions in the booklet). Then say, "The wand can be long or short. For this trick, it must be short." Close the wand to 8 inches. Hand the wand to the child, turn your back to find a prop, and the kid pulls it to stretch it out! All his friends love it! He got the better of the magician. This is classic Magician in Trouble. Return to the child and reiterate that the wand should be short. Close it back down. Turn your back and the kid pulls it open again! Funny!

Drooping Feather Flower

#6229 - $8.00 - Quantity:

It's a feather flower that bends over when you pull the ring. It's a classic. You can lasso it with an invisible thread and make it bend in the direction you indicate. You can go to smell it and have the flower bend away from you. Or you can set up an audience member to smell it. It's a fun bit.
