SAM

 This DVD may have the most figures for the least cost. The figures are from beginning to simple multi-balloon cartoon characters. The video quality and instruction is very good. Sam lives in Malaysia and his English is pretty good. I did not have any trouble understanding him. I think this is a good deal for beginners with 25 one balloon figures and 21 multi balloon figures.

 It looks to me as if most of the colors Sam uses are in the Traditional and Entertainer 260 assortments. Two figures also use a small heart and one figure uses a White 646 and a Black 350.
