AMAZING MAGIC TRICKS
WITH SPONGE BALLS

#4752 - pub. 2003 runtime @ 16 min.

Quantity:

Dave Hudspath demonstrates and explains manipulating sponge balls. In a jam packed 16 minutes, he shows 6 ways to make a ball appear, 8 ways to vanish a ball, a nice Òin the spectators handsÓ routine, a color change move and the Cube to Balls trick.

There is a lot to learn here and while it is clear how Dave is manipulating the ball(s) and he tells you what he is doing, it takes some practice. Timing is very important in manipulation. Being able to watch a move over and over helps to understand exactly what is happening. ItÕs a good learning tape.

If you want to learn manipulation, the sponge balls are the best and first thing to master. When the spectator discovers the magic has happened in his hand, it is very strong. Learning and using a fake pass creates a strong base for learning magic.

Quantity:

Silks appear and disappear, go through stuff and come out somewhere else. Salt comes and goes. A borrowed dollar disappears in your hand and appears in your pocket. Put a lit cigarette out in your fist. There's a nice signed bill-into a purse held by the spectator. It's all quite amazing.

The magician shows you how. With a thumb tip, it's easy.
