 12 Big Fast Easy Balloon Hats. DonÕt be confused by the picture on the front. There is no large motorcycle instruction here.

 What is here is good, usable, mainly 2 to 4 balloon, hats. The production value is high in terms of location shots and music and everything in focus with a few close ups. Mark has included instruction on the twists and the twisting is easy. IÕd say this is OK for beginners except for - he goes pretty fast and there is no spoken instruction. He does everything a little slower a second time so you can get it.

 Working twisters will like the hat designs for line, party or table work where you want to make nice hats, fast. Mark has a good feel for the line of balloons in his designs and he gets a lot out of shaping and drawing on the balloons. I highly recommend this DVD for the working twister.

 Mark uses 260s, 160s, Small Hearts and Small Rounds on this DVD. In 260s its: Lime Green, Green, White, Black, Blush, Lilac, Teal, Mocha, Yellow, Orange, Gray, Gold, Yellow, Red, Dark Blue and Pale Blue. In 160s he uses Black. In Small Hearts he uses White. In Small Rounds its: Green, Clear, Yellow Smiley, and Eyeball.
