  As you could of guessed from the title, this issue reviews Twist & Shout 2004. Winning figures from the sculpture contest take the place of the "Show and Tell" section. All the contest winners are listed with Debbie Stevens being named "Top Twister." Todd Neufeld, Top Twister at TJam '01 shares his "Twisted Heart Head" and how the use of a heart gives an oval shape to his people figures.
