home based family entertainment business which grew quickly and was successful
enough for her to sell. (She sold her business to return to school to complete
her degree in Business Management - of which she hopes to have earned by
the time she teaches). She has the business experience and textbook knowledge

This workshop offers the preview to Lauren's latest book, presently titled
"Write and Roll: Business Planning 101". The sequel to Cram & Jam: An
Entertainer's Guide to Business Basics, takes you to the next step - developing
the business plan and marketing plan. Creating both of these documents gives
your small business the same advantage of large corporations - long term
planning. Only take this course if you entertain as a business (or plan to
entertain as a business). Not a class for hobbyists. Be sure to bring a notebook.
