TJAM STORE

The store should open sometime Thursday morning, but don't hold us to it. We still have the business to run on Thomas Springs. We will have most everything we sell on display for sale. If you have a T. Myers Pump that needs work, bring it. Chances are it can be put back into good working order.

Selling Stuff at TJam'03 - To help pay for TJAM all sales must go through the TJam Store. If you have twisting related product to sell, contact us. If it's appropriate we will offer it through the store on consignment 70/30 (70% of retail price to consignor, 30% to T. Myers Magic.) This requires some pre jam paper work so, contact us or use the form below. Unauthorized sales can result in forfeit of registration.

Before using the form below to submit product for consignment, please contact Tom at tom@tmyers.com for approval. Describe the product you wish to sell in full detail and if possible attach a jpg or gif image.

Items accepted for consignment must be approved by Tom and be clearly labeled with retail price and unique identifying name. T. Myers will share responsibility for lost items and pay the vendor 35% of the retail price.  Damaged items will be returned to the vendor with no payment. This is part of the risk of offering product to the public in a store.  T. Myers will collect all sales tax due on the retail price of the item sold and remit to the State of Texas.  Checks will be prepared back at the office and mailed no later than Friday February 21st, to the mailing address shown below.

Unsold consigned items may be picked up on Sunday February 9th between 10:30 am and 12 noon.  Any unclaimed consignment items will be returned to the consignor and shipping cost deducted from payment check.

By filling out the and submitting the form below you agree to all terms and conditions stated above.  T.Myers Magic assumes no responsibility for items damaged in shipping to T. Myers for sale at TJAM '03 or during return shipping of unsold merchandise to the consignor.
