The fast, easy way is to:

Besides a list of stuff, we need:

  You can use the shopping cart to FAX or mail in your order. Use the cart and when you check out instead of sending the order electronically, just print it out.

  Call and talk to Debbie, Margot, Jennifer, Sandy, Shane, Jim or Tom. They are a good group. They'll laugh at your jokes. You'll make a new friend.

  Call before 2:00 PM or use the web cart before noon and we can get your order out the same day. We answer the phone from 8:00AM till 5:00PM on weekdays.  The message machine is always on and is answered the next business day. All times Central.

Credit Card - Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express - Please include your billing address. Email is not secure so to use your credit card on your first order please call or fax us the card # and expiration date. We will keep your information on file unless you tell us not to.

Check - Checks need to be for U.S. Dollars. We can verify most checks the same day we receive them if you include your driver's license # and state. It's ok not to send a driver's license # but it will take a couple of weeks to clear your check before we ship your order.

PayPal - PayPal in now available.  Use  accounting@tmyers.com  for the receiving email.  Please see PayPal.com  for further details on how to use this online payment service. 

C.O.D. - Only available in the Continental U.S. when shipped by UPS. You have to have a money order or cashiers check for the UPS delivery person. As of September '98 UPS no longer accepts cash.  Add $8.50 to your order. If you fail to take delivery, you will owe for the shipping in both directions and the COD cost.

We use UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail.in the Continental U.S. unless you request a specific carrier.

For Direct Orders (phone or web)

Minimun $5.50 or Actual Cost + $1.00 whichever is greater.

For Mail in Orders

Minimum $5.50 or 10% + $4.00 whichever is greater.

When will it get to you.

Time in Transit

UPS Ground takes from 1 to 5 business days depending on where you live in the Continental US. The closer you are to Texas, the faster. UPS doesn't guarantee a delivery date with their Ground Service but they do have a tracking #.

Priority Mail tries to deliver in 2 or 3 business days. They do not have a tracking #. They do not guarantee a delivery date but their service has been good.  We suggest you purchase insurance on postal orders over $70.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and PAYMENT

We ship all over the world. Please indicate 'Surface' or 'Air' shipping with your order. On the next working day we will contact you with the total cost. You must confirm the total and we must receive payment before the product is shipped.

The easiest way to make payment internationally is by credit card. If you must pay by check, buy an American Express Check in US Dollars and Air Mail the check to us. Checks must be in US Funds drawn on a US Bank or there will be delays and added cost to your order.  Bank transfers and telex are possible but they take longer and cost more.


BALLOON GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with balloons purchased from T Myers Magic, Inc. return unused balloons within 30 days of receipt for refund or replacement.

You pay shipping on return and replacement.

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 30 days and have a RA# (Return Authorization #).

If we make a mistake, we will fix it at our expense. If the mistake is the shipper's, manufacturer's or yours, call us and we'll do what we can.

If you order something you decide you don't really want, don't open it or use it. Call, get an RA# and send it back at your expense. When we receive it in new condition, we will give you a credit or a refund for the amount you paid for the item. We do not refund shipping costs on returns.

No returns on opened Face Paints, Grease Paints, or Noses.

Balloon pumps made by T. Myers Magic, Inc and The "Balloon Buoy" carry separate guarantee's.

There is a 50% restocking charge on returned books. Please read the book descriptions. Pay attention to what I don't say. If I don't say it's a great book, don't expect a great book. Read About Balloon Books.
