There's lots of interesting and useful information here. There's even some
figure instructions.
This 57 page book is in the form of a CD. You need Microsoft Word to read it. There's no linking, it's just a multi-page document. It costs less than actually printing the book. You can print it out as a book on your home computer. At least, I did.
