| Arthur is "The Ballooneur" at Disneyland Paris.
His CD shows some of his favorite figures and techniques. From Hats, Masks
and Cartoons to a description of the "Raisin" twist and the "Art" twist (methods
of attaching to the side of a balloon). There are lots of pictures showing
the steps to make each figure but there is no instructive text. You have
to figure it out from the pictures and some of the figures are pretty
complicated. This is not for a beginner. You should have some experience
making multi balloon figures.
The CD runs on a PC or a Mac and uses your web browser. Netscape works fine but any browser should work.
