| This CD is very good. Michael's approach makes a lot of
sense in a crucial part of your business. Being a good negotiator is very
different from being a good performer. Michael is both and he's a good teacher
to boot. I've talked to a number of people who swear by this tape and how
much more they are making by following Michael's suggestions. I don't generally
gush over stuff I sell but this is a tape worth listening to over and
over.
